Would you call this a velvety sapphire, at all? Being that it is heat treated, I guess it can't really be but it does have a certain look to it, no?

Sorry for so many sapphire questions lately. I'm looking for something to fill an old setting.
 
You really can''t tell from bad photographs like that.

If it''s heated it''s very unlikely that any of the needle inclusions will be left and so you won''t get silk which is what causes the velvety sleepy look.
