Is this a real hearts and arrows diamond?

Which charts can I use to check the diamond stats?

Also the diamond is 3,820USD for one carat, it seems low to me, why is that and will I be able to find other 1 carat fire and arrow diamonds around this price, my top budget is 4000, for the diamond and hoping for around 1 carat. ( I am fine with I color SI2).

The diamond looks promising, images are needed to judge whether a diamond is cut to h&a standards or not, particularly hearts images. JA are supposed to be providing hearts images soon, you could ask if they are ready to offer them yet and if so if they could provide one for this diamond, also an Idealscope is needed which shouldn't be a problem for them to supply.

You would also need to check that the diamond is eyeclean to your standards, if so then it could be a definite contender.
