The stone is 100% eye clean, 1.1 HCA score and inclusions are white. I recieved a stone last week that is I colored and really like it, but I have nothing to compare it to and the vendor has pricematched for this stone... I can tell a bit of color on the I stone but in general it faces up very white. The reason why I ask is because I really have not seen the two colors side by side, and won't be able to compare the stones as they are from different vendors. What should I do? =/ Thanks in advance for all your input!

Bump?

Can you get an idealscope image? I can't read all the numbers on the report because they are so small.

I'm pretty new to this forum, but I think it might help if you posted how much you paid for it to help determine if the quality:price ratio is good. So - how much did you pay for it?

Have you had an independent appraiser look at the stone? It seems to have a big feather (?) that runs right through the middle of it. I'd have someone look at it to make sure that that it's not going to compromise the integrity of the stone.

Otherwise, if it has a good HCA (under 2) and you like how it looks in person, you should keep it. You should also look at it under dim lighting (maybe underneath a table) to see if it sparkles then too. I've read that if it looks nice and sparkly in the near absence of light, then it has good light performance.

I think its worth taking a look at. What happened to the other stone (the I)? Did you send it back? Why?

Unfortunately after having the I stone for 2 weeks we just weren't happy with the tint. I guess I am more sensitive to color then I originally had thought. Don't get me wrong, face up the diamond was extremely white, but in some lighting I could tell a slight tint. We just sent it back today so our search continues...

My brother went to look at the H on Thursday and took some videos for me. So far it checks out!

We paid 12k for this stone. My brother went to look at it in person (I am in the west coast and the stone in east) and confirmed it is 100% eye clean with inclusions that are white. HCA score is a 1.1.

Unfortunately this time around we cannot afford to get the stone shipped to us to check out and then shipped back to be set, so we decided to purchase it. I have a good feeling about this one, but it's still nervewracking not to be able to check it out myself. Thank you for your input! :D

Ooh, if it's eye clean then I think it's a great deal! Congratulations! Come back and post pictures when it's set!
