HI all, I am wondering if this is a PSers ring? I am *still* looking for a setting for my gorgeous .32ct D VS2 diamond. It will be a RHR and most of the settings I have found have just been too engagement ring looking.

But I like this one, A LOT! I am wondering what size stone is shown in this setting and if something like this would be too overpowering for a .32ct.

Thanks!!!!!!!!

Elaina

It's not my ring, but I think it looks really cool! I don't think it would overpower the stone at all.

Edit: Is your stone a princess as well?

I really like this ring. I believe its called a "bypass" style?
I haven''t personally seen it with a princess, but a member recently posted with a RB and it looked incredible, just like the diamond was floating.
I''m sorry, I forget who''s it was though..

I''m sure WF could scale the proportions of the setting to the size of your diamond (so as not to overpower it).

Thanks gecko and all. Yes mine is a princess cut, that would have been helpful. hehe

Well the husband doesn''t like it. Not sure why I will need to find out why cuz I like it a lot! :)

I like it a lot too!

What about a tension setting? I'll see if I can find one... then again, that would be pretty similar. Hmmmm...

I think it''s called the Lily setting on the WF website? Maybe I just dreamed that? You could do a search on Lily, but I think it was a custom that became part of their stock and the couple that designed it sometimes gets to name it, so I would hazard a guess that Lily it the lucky lady''s name who got the first custom setting. I don''t know if she would use her real name in PS? It''s worth a try anyway.

This is from Knox. Obviously picture with the diamond, and maybe one less "layer" so it doesn''t get lost?

Too engagement ringish?

Nice ideas! I do like the last one a lot, not too engagement ringish in my opinion :) My original idea was something very similar to this just a slighly thinner band.

I am not crazy about the one from Knox, it''s pretty just not really my style. As a side note regarding Knox, I found a ring I liked from them but they were not interested in setting my princess cut, apparently they only set princess cut stones that they sell.

This is my original idea that I keep coming back to. The husband DOES like this one. I just wanted to explore all my options before making a decision.

Makes sense to me!

And yeah, I hear you about Knox... I like looking there for inspiration though.
