Is this a good setting?

My girlfriend really likes this setting, what do you think?
Also, does anyone have any opinion about the craftsmanship of James Allen?
Is there return policy really good? Their warranty?
I want to put a .8 ct diamond in it.
Any feedback is appreciated.

You shouldn''t double-post on this forum, if you can at all avoid it -- it can get confusing for people.

I am sure an expert will chime in shortly with helpful feedback. I''m no expert, but James Allen is a very respected vendor and I have not heard of problems with his craftsmanship. With a setting that has a lot of pave all over like this Danhov setting, you are bound to lose a stone every so often -- it''s just what happens when you expose it to daily wear. But, I think you can usually get the pave replaced.

I think the setting is very pretty and will give your fiancee quite a lot of finger coverage and bling.

the ring looks beautiful, however do you know what your GF's taste is? because she may or may not like the way it looks on her. I thought I would have loved it, until I tried one on, and it was just not the ring for me. So have you talked with your GF or have gone ring shopping together to see what she gravitates towards. There are many happy psers on here with James Allen ring, if you do a search you can find them.

ETA; sorry I reread your post you GF says that she really likes it, has she tried any halo in the jewelry stores? just wondering. but a beautiful setting.
