Ok so let me stop you right now. I KNOW you''re going to tell me ''you could save some $$ or get a bigger size if you went down to an eye clean SI1'' I know that but I have searched for the past two weeks for that "perfect" stone however I have not been able to find the combo that gets me a good price, good size, H or I, and an eye clean SI1. I''ve gotten 3 out of 4 a lot but never all of them. So what do you think???

Is it h&a?

Looks good and the price is good if its h&a.

The cert does not indicate that it's H&A. Would you say it's not a good price if it's not H&A? If so what IS a good price if it is NOT H&A?

There are several h&a diamonds listed on pricescope in that size/color range that are h&a including a couple at goodoldgold.com with all the information one could need available.

Do you have an ideal-scope image?

To be fair a lot of sites have added a whole bunch of new diamonds in the last couple days.
There for a bit the popular size/price points were getting a little scarce.
The selection has improved but they will likely move fast.

Here is the background/dilema.

This is would be the ideal situation:

Find something at or around a 1.5 H SI1 that is a very good cut or better. I was hoping to get a price that would allow me to set the stone and get the entire e-ring for around $8000 total.

Is that possible? I've been looking and looking but have not been able to put it all together. I've searched pricescope, gog, dcd, diamonds ideal, superbcert, abazias, blue nile, etc etc etc. I've been all over. I just can't seem to get the price I need or if I find a good price then the color is low. Anyone guidance/suggestions???

Be patient & don't force it. The right one with all your parameters will come along. Good luck.

I agree.
That said id trade off from H to an I to get a super-ideal h&a cut in the same price range anyday.
