I''m clueless on the ideal-scope. I do know that the more red I see the better and the more disperse little black dots that. Can you help me figure out if this is a fair, good, or excellent ideal-scope.
BTW here''s the other one I''m considering. let me know if I''m missing any other info needed for the community to help a clueless guy. I''m very new to this and have spend some time reading all the good advice on this forum.
I'm no expert, but I can tell you that red = light return and white = light leakage. When looking at an ideal scope image, you want to see lots of bright red and as little white as possible. I don't know much about square cuts, but looking at these two images the first one is much more appealing...but then again we need one of our experts to tell you if this is a good buy or not. Both are very nice looking Princesses. My gut reaction however is that the first one is preferrable simply because there is not leakage (white patch) in the middle like there is in the second. I must also admit that the beautiful symmetry of the first is so eyecatching. Hope this helps
