Advice on this diamond! It’s a little pricey at 15k but I think there is a little room to negotiate. Is this worth it? Thanks!

The angle combination can go either way.
It appears to show a cavity on the crown on the report so I personally would pass on it just because of that.
As far as the rest of the clarity items go it could be a hot mess or ok.
