Is this a good deal?

I am looking at buying a cushio cut diamond that has a very good cut. Below are the specs on one I am interested in:

Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Flourescence: None

Price $24,500.00 (Canadian)

Can't buy a cushion without pictures at minimum.
