The price appears to be very cheap....I would check very carefully if this diamond is eyeclean or not. As to whether it is well cut and likely to be a pretty diamond, we can''t tell by numbers unfortunately, can you ask the vendor for detailed photos of the diamond and ASET or Idealscope images? ASET is best for fancy shapes if you can get one.

Something does seem off with that price unless you are buying secondhand?

I know....I just did a search for similar, they are selling for around 2k USD+, so that is a big difference in price.

Hmm. Yeah, I thought that was a little cheap as well. It isn''t secondhand. At least it doesn''t say it is. Hmm... I knew it was too good to be true!

Eh, scratch it all. I''ve decided to go with James Allen in the end. They''re just overall better than anyone else I''ve looked at!

Those prices make me think that the cut on those stones is going to be pretty bad. JA is a good choice. Pictures are ALWAYS good when dealing with fancies!

I couldn't agree more. That's what made me decide to go with James Allen. Buying a diamond is a pretty big deal and I want to make sure we get the most for our money.

I found a cushion cut that I love! Now if only FF would get on the ball and start buying! Grr!

One question, is it good to have Fluorescence? Or not so much? Or is it really a matter of what you like or don't like?

Fluor. that is strong or very strong occasionally can make a diamond look hazy. Lower amounts of fluor. don''t really matter. It can also occasionally help a lower colored diamond appear whiter. But mostly it''s personal preference. If it does have strong or higher fluor it''s a good idea to ask the vendor to make sure it doesn''t make it hazy.

Thanks so much for your help! I truly appreciate it!
