Hi,

After a few weeks of searching and selecting, I think I'm almost there, but again, hoping for some good advice from everyone here.

The stone is RB 1.25ct, G, VS2, triple X with Medium Blue fluorescence:

Table 59%
Depth 60.9%
Crown Angle: 34
Pavilion: 40.8
Slightly Thick Girdle (4%)

Everything looks really good to me except that there's a quite big crystal inclusion in the table from GIA report. So I asked for an actual photo and I do notice there's a visible black dot at ~7 o'clock inside the table. Is that going to be of a visible issue? Although I asked and they specifically said it's eye-clean.

Any advice is welcome! Thanks so much!

A GIA grading report at VS2 will be eye-clean, no worries there.

The proportions all look good, I suspect the reason you haven't had other responses is that most people on PS would like to see an IdealScope or ASET of the diamond to give an opinion on specific light performance.

My advice to you would be to ask about getting those images to post alongside the report and you should get plenty of advice.

I'm getting it from BN and it seems that they don't have ASET images.

I can only find BN offering in Canadian currencies. Any other good vendor have their online price in C$?

my163cih,

The standard trading platform in the diamond industry is American dollars. It is fairly easy to do the current exchange rate using this link:

By the way – be aware of Canadian VAT if buying from a US based company.
