is this a good .50, first time purchase?

Im looking at a .50 graded the following
color F
clarity VS2
depth 61%
table 55%
crown angle 34.3
pavillion % 42.9
pavillion angle 40.7
girdle 1.5
cutlet .6
polish,sym both excellent
fourecence none

it has an HCA of .7 I am not familiar with that its GIA and superbcert
about 1840

I figured its better to get a smaller but better cut stone, does this look like a decent deal?
