Is this a fracture or an inclusion in this garnet?

First post on this forum ever, and I apologize if this should go under a different sub forum, such as jewelry. Is this a fracture or an inclusion? Do I need to do anything special regarding care?

Turn the ring over send a pic of the back of the stone
It looks below the surface on the front

Will try to get it in the light in the day. It does look internal to me. I guess the question I meant to ask is what are the visible differences between an internal fracture and an inclusion. Tried to google this and couldn’t get much info. Also, I may need better magnification as I’m just using my iPhone magnifier.
