Is there a simple guide that shows different pave styles?

Is there a guide that shows (with pictures) all the different pave styles and how they are best used? So for example, optimal setting styles change as the size of the diamonds used change. The best 1mm pave setting is different than the best 1.5mm pave setting is different than the best 2mm pave setting.
