Is their a way to SEARCH a DIAMOND by its GIA Cert#

I am currently looking for a diamond for my FIANCE(to be)...I have been doing exhaustive searches online(is there anyone that you would or wouldnt recommend)....I KNOW WHAT I WANT...and think that i found it....I know it is coming from a broker because i have found the same GIA CERT # on 2 different sites(Solomon Brothers and CuteRate DIAMONDS) their price is very similiar...

IS THERE A WAY TO DO A SEARCH BY THE GIA CERT NUMBER TO COMPARE THE PRICES OF RETAILERS??

and what should i EXPECT to pay for the following DIAMOND?

Here are the specifics:

GIA Cert #: 12405346
CUT: ASSCHER STYLE
COLOR: G
Clarity: VS2
Depth: 69.7%
Table: 59%
Polish VG
Symetry G
Flour: None
Girdle: Med Thick

I went to ROYAL ASSCHER's web site and searched their diamonds to research their cut(dimensions) etc...
what i found:

the DEPTH's of the ROYAL ASSCHER's were btwn 65.5% & 73.7%
however only 3 of their 25 diamonds were above a 70% depth...so most of the depths were evenly distributed btwn 65.5 to 68.9% range

the TABLE's of the ROYAL ASSCHER's were btwn 54% to 61% however ONLY 2 were above 59%

SO I guess where i need help is with why is the stone I FOUND priced so well compared to other ASSCHER STONES of comparative size but with depths and tables that are far from what ROYAL ASSCER DIAMONDS HAVE??
