No. If you read this info, it should help you. The HCA is a tool which helps the buyer eliminate poorly performing diamonds, it cannot physically see the stone. Also be careful with the hearts and arrows title, just because a diamond displays a H&A pattern, does not mean it is a true hearts and arrows diamond.Date: 4/18/2008 12:55:00 PM

I''m guessing not. But hearts and arrows are all close to perfectly cut anyways, correct?
