Are these pretty good deals for someone on a budget of 4500-5200? Or would it be better to get something other then a hearts and arrows diamond?

Clouds need to be SI/I1-3 and the primary grade maker to reduce the fire or brilliance.

This teensy blip would make no visual impact at all
