Hi, I love the forum and would really like your opinion.I am looking at two radiant cut diamonds and want your opinion on how much I should pay
1. 1.4 G SI1
depth 57.6
table 66
girdle med-slthick
no culet, good symmetry and polish

2. 1.25 G SI1
depth 67
table 65
girdle med-slthick
no culet, good symmetry and polish

thay both look very nice and sparkley, but are they good diamonds????
thanks for all of the info on this site

OOPS, I guess you do need all of that!!

1. 1.40 carat G SI1 7.23 x 6.49 x 3.74
depth 57.6
table 66
girdle med-slthick
no culet or flourescence, good symmetry and polish
GIA cert, $9000

2. 1.25 G SI1 6.82 x 5.70 x 3.82
depth 67
table 65
girdle med-slthick
no culet or flourescence, good symmetry and polish
GIA cert $8500
The prices seem high based on web sells, but how do they compare to retail? Are they way over?
Will these look "dead" after a few days of wear because the depth and table are a bit off?
Help!!!
thanks again

LaLa, you're right - the price is a bit high indeed. You can find similar diamonds in the Internet for at least $2000 cheaper.
