Is it safe to put white gold diamond earrings in the ultrasonic?

I am considering buying an ultrasonic to clean my jewelry, but I''m not sure if it will be safe to put my white gold diamond stud earrings or white gold diamond solitaire necklace in the ultrasonic. I want the diamonds to be their sparkliest, but I don''t want to hurt the white gold.

Please advise!

Okay, I've done some checking and it looks like gold is perfectly fine for ultrasonics, even with an ammonia mixture. Just don't leave it soaking too long.

my sister puts her WG e-ring and wedding band in the ultrasonic all the time. your earrings should be fine.
