Hi Everyone - After months of research, I''m still not 100% as to if I got a good deal. My fiancée loves it (and so do I), but I would like to know what £ price tag you would put on a stone like this.

Diamond Grading Report for a 1.02 carat Asscher

Shape and Cutting Style Cushion Modified Brilliant
Measurements 5.7 x 5.64 x 3.9mm
Weight 1.02 carat
Proportions
Depth 69.1%
Table 72%
Girdle Medium to very thick
Culet None
Finish
Polish Very Good
Symmetry Good
Clarity Grade Internally Flawless
Colour Grade E
Florescence None

Thanks All - any input is much appreciated

Andy

euh, a ''''Cushion Modified Brilliant'''' isn''t an asscher... It would be what is commonly referred to as ''''cushion shape''''... An asscher is usually labeled as ''''Square Emerald Cut'''' or ''''Square Modified Emerald Cut''''.

Oh, OK...I''ve got my wirers crossed......still, from the report and guesses what an average £ would be?

The above are 4 Asscher cut prices I found on the Pricescope search. Bear in mind that these are probably all for the same diamond as the numbers are the same so it is available from four vendors.

Being in the UK you need to add VAT to these prices and import charges if you were to buy this one.

I notice that the table is a lot bigger on your diamond.

I am just a consumer so I don't know if this is good or bad in the Asscher cut.
