Is a diamond that is included bad? If you see it in person and it is clean to the eye? I have found a diamond that is overall a great quality and looks so sparkly! The inclusions is 2 or 3 teeny tiny bubbles in the diamond.

Is an inclusion ok if I am happy with it and feel it is not noticeable?

The goal is to find a great sparkly diamond that is clean to the eye. If the one you found has both characteristics and you love it, sounds like the perfect stone!

As long as the inclusion doesn''t bother you and it doesn''t affect the structural integrity of the diamond, then it should be fine. I personally wouldn''t be happy with a diamond with visible inclusions, but some people don''t mind them. I would make sure that the price reflects the visible inclusions. Also, be sure to plug the numbers into the Holloway Cut Advisor, located under "Tools" to make sure that it is a strong performing diamond.

Of course. As the other poster said, as long as the inclusion does not cause a structural problem (like a feather that comes to the surface) it is purely what you are happy with, just like every other aspect of picking a diamond. We bought an I1 diamond and are very happy with it. The inclusion in our stone is a feather which is hard to see, but the I1 made the stone much more affordable. Other than the I1, it is ideal cut, E color, and 1.18 ct. The I1 clarity made it possible for us to get this 1.18ct diamond cheaper than many 1ct stones. If you are going to drop down in clarity that much, you should see the stone in person as we did to make sure it is okay with you. We also had an appraiser look at it and she didn''t see any problem with the stone.

Absolutely!! Also if your diamond ever has to be worked on, you will know it immediately with it''s little birthmarks.

Enjoy your diamond!

If the inclusions do not bother you and the stone is priced accordingly, you should be able to get a larger or better stone because of the lower clarity grade.
If you love it and it is good value because of the inclusions, I would go for it since you have seen what you are getting and it is pleasing to you.

Thanks everyone! Having the inclusion allows us to get up to a 1ct stone with our budget as opposed to a .7, I would be more than happy to sport the rock! Thank you all for your input!

Enjoy your diamond and post pics please when you get it!

It looks like your questions were answered already so all I can add is I will be anxious to see photos of it.

If you are happy with the stone, enjoy! In general, the public glances over and does not scrutinize, unless they are, oh, like us!
