Is chinese diamond grading different that US?

What does this mean in terms of diamond grading? (Carat).(Clarity).£¨Colour)£¨Cut£©. I came across this from a chinese diamond manufacturing company. Can anyone interpret this? Thanks. trinkets

I think this is somethins else... 'cause the numbers are lined up just so, and the rest of the symbols show strange on my computer.

This could be pure coincidence, but:

10 = diamond hardness (mohs scale),
3.5 /cm3 = diamond density
2.417 = diamond refraction index
0.044 = diamond dispersion index

Not grading at all !!!
