is CEYLON GEM LABORATARY a authentic gem lab?

I see so many color stones certify by this lab.

They have online report which i can 'verify' their cert online.

But their website looks like build by kids and lots of content still "Lorem Ipsum"

I think you've answered your own question. Right off the bat I'd be suspect of any lab that touts its "gemological certification" on the front page.
