I’m doing better. Not great, but better.

I’m up to 4-6k steps a day, which is awesome— to me, it means I have turned a corner with rehabilitation (despite my BIL’s death. I had been sick for 2-3 years). I have been actively working to return to my previous fitness abilities for about 1.5 years now.

On game days and active days, I have gotten up to 14k steps.

In addition to lowering carbs, watching overall food intake and increasing my walking, I’m trying anything I can think of to feel better and make this happen.

Among other things, I bought DH a soda stream for his birthday. We drink LOTS of mineral water, etc, so
We mostly bought it for that and club soda.

I bought some trace mineral drops from amazon. May be placebo effect, but I feel like I’m feeling better since I started using them.

Anyone into this?

Fist off I am glad to hear your doing better and that your hard work is paying off.

I cant comment on the trace mineral drops as I haven't used them.
I am a bit leery because when I drink some brands of spring water the minerals in them do not agree with me at all.
The city water here is undrinkable for me and many people due to the mineral content.
That minerals can make a huge difference in how one feels both health wise and emotionally is something I do believe in.
