Is a 59.5 depth to low with a table of 59?

First of all, Thanks for your advice in advance.

I am looking at this stone and was wondering if the depth % is to low for proper light flow through the diamond.
I want to find a perfect stone and this one seems abnormally large for the .71 carat weight. Would you guys stay away from a stone like this?
