Is 950PT pure Plat? Or is it Plat. +?

I may have a metal allergy: https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/does-anyone-have-a-metal-allergy.48692/ and my allergist said that my platinum rings are the cause. Not the platinum but the other metals that are mixed in it. My rings all say 950PT. Is that not pure platinum?

DH just picked up my rings from the jeweler and called to say that THEY said my rings are ''pure'' platinum which is different than what my allergist said.

I''m so confused! I don''t want to start seriously considering switch my jewelry to yellow gold until I know I have too to continue wearing them.
