I am very curious to hear more about your thoughts on the change in setting... does it feel bigger? I''d also love to see pictures of the setting with your diamond eternity that is in the "before shot". What is your feeling about the craftsmanship of the ring? Did Vatche set the diamond or did ID? How "thick" as in height off the finger do you think the band of the ring is?

I am planning a reset this year and every time I see the Grace I waaaaant it so bad! My stone is a 1.2ct, like Svtmal, so I think adding a halo would really give mondo finger presence! And I love angeleyez whole set. But then I worry about the extra delicacy. Sigh. I am so indecisive.

I gave Luann the measurements and she placed the order with Vatche. It took a week for the setting to be finished and three weeks for USPS to deliver my original ring... I.D. set my stone and shipped it out FedEx the same day. I couldn''t be happier with the service from I.D. Jewelry

The quality of the setting is superb. The milgrain is perfect and the proportions are nice. The total weight is .29 FVS quality diamond. It is VERY sparkly and my pictures don''t capture that at all. The diamond quality is nice but I doubt I will ever capture baby arrows. It is a very sweet ring and it feels and looks bigger but delicate at the same time. There is no clunkiness if any of this is making sense. The finger coverage went from 5.5mm to about 8.75-9mm! A very noticeable difference. I think your 1.2ct would look AMAZING!

The setting is much higher than the low set WF 6-prong that I had before. There are surprise diamonds so a wedding band will not sit flush but the gap is minimal. I will try to take a couple pictures diamond band later this evening. The boys are out of school for Spring Break and I have family visiting form out of town so my house is crazy right now. So I will get back to you on your questions! But I have to say that I am smitten with this ring and will not be changing it any time soon!
