Introducing Maggie!

[Maisie]

We picked Maggie our new 5 year old Shih tzu up two days ago from the breeder we rehomed our Labrador Blossom from. She is an adorable little girl! She is sweet and friendly with a lovely waggy tail! Blossom has taken to her straight away. Maggie met Gracie the cat and they get along just fine. Thank goodness!

I took her to the vets for a check up today and we found out her teeth are in a terrible state. She has wobbly teeth at the front which need to come out, and her other teeth are very black and yukky. Her ears are really black and gooey too. I am so glad we have got her and we will take good care of her.

She is such a sweet girl. I just wish they had taken better care of her. The vet said that her teeth must be hurting her, yet she doesn''t complain. I did catch her chewing on one of my shoes so I think she must be trying to get the wobbly teeth out. Poor love.

They certainly do get a lot of attention from James. He adores all of the pets. The dogs love him too... especially when he drops food from his little table. They are my personal vacuum cleaners!!

She definitely looks like she might be a fun dog! She has this cute thing where she lies on her back and waves her front paws up and down together! I just melt when I look at her.
