Interpreting AGS report on a 2.1 D SI1 beauty

Looking for some tutorial Saw this 2.1 D SI1 on DB. It has AGS ideal cut grade but scores 3.5 on HCA. I have two questions:

1) Is it correct to say that one can just ignore the HCA score (as it is a rejection tool) and can safely base decision on the AGS?

2) the seller says the stone is triple 0. I saw on the report it has a 0 on cut, but where does it show the 'triple'?

1) Yes, although some stones with those proportions may have slight under table leakage visible via ASET/IS and perhaps in person, depending on how precisely the stone is cut.

2) I assume the seller is talking about an AGS 0 grade in cut, polish, and symmetry. To get an AGS 0 grade in cut, the polish and symmetry grades must be 0 as well.

A little iffy on the proportions, will require an Idealscope image. Also, probably not a BlueNile Signature Diamond, too off their standard proportions and those stones also have a GCAL grading report.

I recently purchased a BN Signature diamond. Mine was graded by AGS in Dec 2011 and did come with a GCAL and is also laser inscribed with the Blue Nile logo. This stone was graded back in 2008, so I am not sure if that was before they inscribed the logo and provided the GCAL. You could always call Blue Nile to verify if it is indeed a Signature diamond. Or at least find out when they started issuing GCALs with their Signature diamonds.
