Ok- so I need to return a gemstone that didn't meet my expectations and have found out I need to send it overseas. I've never done this before, and the instructions are to send it registered airmail (no extra insurance as they are covered). I've looked at USPS options and there are a bunch!! If any of you have done this- what option have you chosen and how did you package it? Did you also need to fill out a customs form? this will be from the US to Portugal if that makes a difference.
