Is it worth going? It''s in my city this weekend, but I can''t decide if I want to go.

I enjoy them and learn a lot so I vote, Yes!

Also, if you have a nice bling people will appreciate it and compliment much more than out in the general public.

There is a nice camaraderie among gem lovers.

Good deals?
It depends on how informed you are.

One option is to bring a laptop computer and find a WiFi connection to compare prices online with what you are offered.
Even then, verification of the goods is a concern.
As always, buyer beware.

I'd just go to look and leave my credit card at home.
Gem shows can result in some serious impulse buying.

I can''t comment on that show since I have never been.

I did go to the major industry show in Milan a number of years ago and it was absolutely amazing! If this show is even 10% of the one I went to, I wouldn''t miss it!
