I'm looking at a diamond, and the GIA report shows a very clean plot map, but the Comments say "Clarity Grade is based on internal graining that is not shown."

From the research I've done, some people of reported that internal graining can be a deal breaker for SI1 and SI2 clarity rated diamonds.

This diamond that I'm looking at is J color, VVS1 clarity, Excellent Cut, Polish, & Symmetry. HCA score is 1.7. I'm attaching photos of the diamond that I got as well. I must be honest, I really don't know what to look for in the Idealscope, Hearts, Arrows, or ASET photos. The Actual photo looks great to me.

Please let me know if you think this is a great diamond to buy. It is 1.03 carats, pricing out at about $4800. Thanks in advance!

I'm also attaching the GIA Report

No, you absolutely do not need to be concerned about clarity in a VVS stone (or VS1, for that matter)! Looks like a beautiful stone! (I personally would rather have an I VS1-VS2 over a J VVS, though. Color is going to show more than VS to VVS.)

I failed to mention the that it is Medium Blue Fluorescence, which should improve the color to the naked eye I've been told.

Can anyone comment on the pics, do they look great, average, poor,?

Missed out on a couple of stones I was shopping before, think I may have a winner here.
