Interesting heat comment on lab memo

I think this lab exists, but I find the comment a bit interesting. Most reputable labs state, "no indication of heat treatment" or something akin to that, but it's not definitive, it's just an opinion.

This lab report, in this photo from an unidentified ebay seller, is from Gemological Hallmark Lab.

It states the following (I can read the tiny print):

"No heat enhancement process was applied (Unheated)"

It is stated more as a fact than an opinion.

Am I missing something here?

Looked at there site to see if there is a spiffy new process they had. Doesn't seem that way, looks like they are placing "absolutes" on uncertain things?

Well they don't say by whom, so I am inclined to interpret the statement to mean that they (the people at the lab) did not heat the stone. No mention of looking for evidence of heating just makes me think that no one looked for any such evidence. I could give you a report swearing that I did not heat that stone, and that I have not found any evidence that it has been heated too.

read down on this page under comments for natural ruby and sapphire (unheated) and it explains the wording that you are referring to.

They are using the wording (albeit perhaps poorly phrased) to mean that they didn't find any indications that it had undergone heat treatment. It appears that have just changed the way they are phrasing it.
