Interesting diamond cut called Lida Cut

I came across this diamond that they call their Lida Cut. I found it interesting and wanted to share. It almost looks like a marquis with the ends squared off. http://www.gelinabaci.com/html/lida_info.php

The outline reminds me of a sarcophagus. It looks to potentially have great light return, looking at the faceting.

Interesting shape & doesn't seem (at that angle anyway) to have a bow tie. I'd like to see more live pics of it. While I can't see it as an engagement ring, I can see it as a lovely right hand ring in either N-S or E-W. Hmm..baguette halo?

I think a bezel would be awesome to accentuate the shape. I think it's originally from Lili Diamonds? They have a lot of interesting diamond cuts.

It could make really interesting side stone on a 3 stone, like rather than bullet, baguette or shield shaped sides, this cut. I think I can picture it with an oval.
