I like The Intercept for its reporting without a huge amount of bias in either direction. The NSA and its spy programs have been the subject of heated discussions in our house between DH and I and the two intelligence collectors who are our sons. DH and I are continually skeptical of the power held by these agencies in secret under the auspices of keeping our people safe. It only takes a few to justify going down the road of trampling on civil liberties.
Edit - It is a VERY long and in depth article.
