Insuring My Pretties

Hello! I wasn't really sure where to post this. I'm trying to find out information about insuring my jewelry. I have a couple of pieces that I want to have protection on. Are there any companies that you would recommend? I have heard of Jeweler's Mutual, but not from anyone who has actually needed to submit a claim with them. I'm not too sure how it all works. Also, do these insurance companies just write you a check for lost, stolen, and damaged items? Any information would be appreciated!!
