inquiry on diamond and gia report - please help

Can someone give me some feed back on this particular diamond. As i know its not available, i would like to know if this is a decent diamond?! Thank you for your time!

Also, when and why is a GIA report actually printed. If you look at the bottom of the report, it says last prints on 12/8....
Please help!

That is a sample picture, not a picture of the actual cushion, therefore I am unable to tell you anything about how well or poorly it sparkles. It is impossible to guess whether a cushion is well cut or poorly cut from the numbers off the GIA lab memo alone.
