Does anybody know of an independent appraiser in Des Moines Iowa? Or close by?

I have checked the lists on this stie along with the local phone directory and didn''t find anything.

Based on a drive near 3 hours, I''d give them a call before going to sound them out, but this reference from NAJA is one you might want to check out...

I can''t believe there are not more appraisers in Iowa. Especially not even one in the state capital!

I''ve just gone on line and checked the "yellow pages," (superpages.com), and see no one in that category. Maybe check with a better jeweler in the area, and ask them for a reference?
