Independent appraisal in Toronto?

I was just wondering if someone could let me know of a good trust worthy independent appraiser that works in or around Toronto. I need them to take a look at my E-ring for me.

Please do report back on any other appraisers you find. I had no luck finding appraisers in Toronto other than HW Gems mentioned above.

I got my "real" appraisals done in the US but just found random people in Toronto to get me a Canadian appraisal for insurance purposes. I provide my US reports as well to them to make sure I get "like" quality insured.

I didn''t find anyone I liked enough to provide me with a real appraisal which sounds like it is what you were looking for.

In Toronto, I just got people to give me a piece of paper with the value.

I used Richard Sherwood in the US for my real appraisal.
