Indecisive!!!

Hi Everyone!

I am so indecisive! My bf has picked out a stone (3/4 RB, VS2 G colour) It is really a gorgeous stone!
I am now just trying to decide on a band...and I am stuck!

I love the classic tiffany style setting and the micropave eternity band settings.

I really do not know which one to choose...and he says we are "running out of time" because it needs to be all finished in time for whatever proposal plans he has.

HELP!

I know that no one can really decide for me, but if you were to choose...which one would you choose? Or would you choose something else?

Classic ''Tiffany'' is my preference. Micropave is beautiful, but does require being careful when cleaning (i.e. caution if using an ultrasonic to try to clean it - many would say don''t even use an ultrasonic, although others say they would rather lose a stone in the u/s because at least they can find it in the u/s and take it to go get reset), and possible occasional replacement of lost pave which is fine as long as you don''t mind it. If you are really torn, consider going with the ''cheaper'' plain setting, and if you decide you prefer the pave then you could change the setting later.

i''ve got the tiffany 6 prong...LOVE it. not sure what your preference is for a wedding band (as if you need MORE to think about, right?!) but, you can get a half eternity or 7 stone for your band and have the best of both worlds...

I vote for the pave, but that''s just b/c I had a plain solitaire for 5 years and want something different.

Plain Tiffany band with eternity wedding band for bling. Why dont you just look through all the SMTR thread and see all the photos there. I''m sure you''ll see something you like there.

My vote is for the classic tiffany style setting so the focus is all on the gorgeous diamond! And you could get a micropave eternity wedding band.
