I began to learn about diamonds about 2 weeks ago. I went to The Google and search results continuously pointed me to a PriceScope thread among other similar sites.
I already knew the 4 Cs. On PS, I read hread after thread and learned about the HCA, Idealscopes, fire vs. scintillation, pavillion and crown angles, etc.
At the end, I made an informed (in my mind) decision on a center stone within my budget -- so I am happy and I can sleep at night. I enjoyed a PS discount on James Allen and am now turning my attention to learning about settings and such.
