Impulse Purchase - diamond studs from Alex Park

I follow Alex Park's lab diamond account on Instagram and snatched up a pair of 1.05 ctw lab diamond studs (Faint blue, VS quality) for under $700 after shipping. At almost half the price of Lightbox 1 ctw, I couldn't resist. I've been wanting diamond studs for years! I'll report back once they arrive next week! I've been keeping an eye out for a tennis bracelet from him as well.

His lab diamonds are great. He is very particular about cut and color, and is forthright in his descriptions. He does old cuts, too. I have a pair of OECs cut about a year and a half ago that are F/G and VS and 2.01 cts each. They're studs, obviously. He's working on perfecting OMC and old cut pears now.

Yes! So sorry, I forgot to update! They arrived and they’re very sparkly and I only see the faint blue in certain lighting. When they arrived one of the posts was a little bent but was able to fix it.

Posting a stud with an ungraded OEC and my lab H emerald cut for color reference

All in all for the price I’m pleased ($600). I will probably trade out the settings some day for something different.

I purchased Alex Parks lab diamonds on a whim via Instagram. You can’t contemplate when he posts items! They are F color, Excellent cut, VS2, 1 carat each, price was around $1,100).
I was blown away how beautiful the stones were when I received them! I was just sent the photos of the David Klass finished custom setting. They are in 14KT rose gold, designed to sit close to the ear, detailed milgraining and screw backs.
