So after 2 weeks of long hard searching, i''ve found the setting of my dreams!

This is the one I am getting-
It''s going to be custom made to fit my diamond and in my size in Platinum. It''s so beautiful... it''s an antique style setting with engraving, millgraining, pave diamonds, pear shape solitares, heart cut-outs, and the head is a 8 prong design (looks like a 4 prong but has twin prongs)

Can''t wait to show everyone the pictures when it''s all finished!!!

Just want to post some specs on the ring:

Platinum
6.5 grams ( might be more in my size )
0.71 carats
26 Round Diamonds + 2 Pear Shape Diamonds
G/H color
VS2 clarity

Just so you know- My Diamond that''s being set in here is a 0.58 ct Round Brilliant G/H color SI-1 clarity

I should have the setting by the 27th of May, right around my birthday

I don''t know if i''m getting my diamond set locally or if the place that is making my setting can do it,
so setting my diamond may take an additional 1-2 weeks.
so prob. in the middle of June.
It''s a long time to wait,
but I think it will be worth it!
