I can''t believe it myself, because I thought I would need to reach the Top 10, but tonight it actually happened. Well, we had actually been in search of the blue sapphire stone for the e-ring for nearly a year. Today, we picked up the handmade ring. FI puts it in his pocket, saying I know when I''ll pop the question. We rushed to a meeting with the wedding planner. Since we were by the Lincoln Memorial (our favorite), we stopped by as I wanted to try out my new camera, purchase only a few days ago. Then when we were in front of Lincoln, he drops on one knee and pops the question. I really don''t remember the details, but I do remember saying, "Yay", before I realized I should really be saying, "yes"!!
