Wedding I''m getting married in 1 week!!!!!!!!

Hi Girls! I haven''t posted that much on BWW lately but I just wanted to say hi. I can''t believe how fast the time has flown by. I''m so ready to get to Maui and get married!!!!

We are pretty much all set too. Packed this past weekend, just need to do a bit of laundry and then get on the plane. Once we get there all we have to do is: select a Prosecco for our toast after the ceremony, get our marriage license, have another

mani and pedi, and do the rehearsal!!!! Not bad, huh?!

I was going to start a thread about this in case you were looking, but since you posted, I''ll just share with you here...

I don''t know if you''re looking for any/more bikinis for your trip, but I just got 3 new ones at Target of all places on Sunday. They had all their "new" suits out in the front, but they had put out all of last years clearance ones out for $3.76 for each piece! So, for about $7.50 each, I was able to get 3 new adorable bikinis! I was so excited!!! Just a thought if you were still looking!

How long will you be gone? Please, please, please post when you get back, and I hope you have a FANTASTIC time!

Hi Harleigh, I actually did buy a bikini there a few weeks ago, not on sale but it was like $25 or something, oh and Old Navy has some cute cheap ones too. Thanks for the tip though, I may have to make one last one to Target for another

We will be in Maui for 8 days and Kauai for 5 days! I can''t wait!

I did see you other thread about the flight issue, so sorry about that. It is kinda affecting us. Since most of our guests are coming from the east coast we knew flights would be super expensive so we offered buddy passes (my dad and grandma are retired from an airline - which is still in operation thank god). Well April in Hawaii is typically a little lighter so we figured it shouldn''t be a problem, well now w/ 2 less airliines to get there, people are having to fly on some other carrier. So now there are less seats for stand by''s/buddy passes. Luckily we were able to rearrange a couple of things and hopefully everyone will be able to get over there the days they want. Coming back may be a little harder but we have extra rooms and some people may need to leave early to get home, but it shouldn''t be too bad. My mom has been stressing over the flight thing, but for some reason I''m not at all

I guess it''s because I told everyone very clearly what they were getting into flying standby and i''ts not a guarenteed ticket so you just have to roll with whatever happens. So that''s what I''m doing

Other than that, everything is cool. I can''t wait to get there and start celebrating with my FI, family and friends. Oh and a super cool thing... a couple we know over there (they live in CO but have a timeshare the same time as my folks) well the husband loves to film stuff and he offered to film our wedding. We were totally down w/ it even though it''s not going to be professionsal (our photog is though). So about 2 months ago I contacted this couple about the video thing and they told me great news...... they now have the ability through the company that they are partnering w/ back in CO to do a live web video stream of our wedding!!!! So all of our friends and fam will be able to watch our wedding live! How cool is that?!!!

Thanks, asscher! It sounds like you are taking everything in stride...good for you! How lucky you were to get buddy passes for your guests...we don''t know anyone who flies anymore or enough to have FF miles, so it''s been a bit hectic. Hopefully they all get it worked out! We just sent each of them a check for $400 to help defray their increased costs, so hopefully that makes it a bit more doable for all of them.

Go and have a fantastic time, and I''ll be waiting anxiously for your return! Congratulations again!

my wedding is only 10 days away, and i know how you''re feeling!!! although, i wish mine was as simple as yours sounds... i''m pulling hair trying to finish the timeline for the day! agh. glad to hear that the flights worked out though. and live video streaming! that is so awesome. seriously, i wish we could do that!!
