I''m Engaged - Weekend in Carmel Summary

Well, the long process of learning about diamonds, buying a ring, and planning the proposal is finally over and I wish I could do it all over again. It was so much fun.

The weekend went great and even Mother Nature cooperated for the most part. We drove up the California coast for Carmel last weekend and my plan https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/upcoming-proposal-weekend-female-opinions-wanted.38817/= was to propose at the base of the falls in Limekiln State Park. I had to improvise a bit since the trail leading up to the falls was under water in several places due to recent storms. But it was still very beautiful and during the entire thing, I felt like I was totally out of body...such a surreal moment. Needless to say she said yes and we had an amazing weekend.

I''ll post a few pics from our weekend and now that the deed is done, I can finally post a picture of us. Thanks to everyone who has offered their advice over the past few months.
