Right the 40.3 pavilion with rounded 75 lowers isn''t the best for anyone and definitely not for you.Date: 8/11/2009 2:05:51 PM

Thank you Karl!
As I continue browsing, I don''t know what to think about this one:

You''ll say too broad arrows right?
Sara, it looks promising.Date: 8/11/2009 2:05:32 PM

Is the table too small on this one?
Also, QueenMum, are you okay with the size being slightly under a carat?
Because I found a few nicely-priced stones in the .90 - 1.0 range in the D-F color range that might work proportionwise.

JA pics are way over obstructed would need an IS to say.Date: 8/11/2009 2:16:30 PM

Sara, it looks promising.
The stars are lovely long!
My only concern is the obstruction between 3.00 and 7.00.

Karl, may I eliminate the second one? (1.51 I VS1)
I think its optical symmetry isn't good enough (look at 5.30).
I really love the 2 others, my favorite being perhaps the 1.05 I VS2.
Yet its girdle is slightly thick.
Would the 1.21 H VS2 be AGS0?
Is there a brillanteering issue on one of these two stones?
I suspect my fav (1.05) to be slightly dug out.
I keep looking at this one.Date: 8/11/2009 1:16:17 PM

OK guys/gals, I know what was called ''ring of the death''.
And I know its HCA is only VG:
http://www.jamesallen.com/diamonds/I-VVS1-Ideal-Cut-Round-Diamond-1249152.asp
But I find this diamond attracting.
Will it perform nicely in matter of fire under strong lighting?
A ring of death will really be a ring of death to you because it isn''t being hidden by a 2 eye view so we need to be careful.
Fire should be great but a different look than the other.
It depends on the extent of the under table leakage.
Definitely need an IS for that one Stephan.Date: 8/12/2009 4:31:26 AM

I really like the clarity and the optical symmetry of this one.
The pattern is also gorgeous.
It is AGS0, but there could probably be a ''ring of death''.
It would be a GIA EX cut too.
HCA score sucks.
I feel guilty to ask JA so many IS pictures.
Is there any chance that the table isn''t dark on this one or do I really have to disturb JA once more to know the answer?

I have to wait that FedEx people contact me to say they will pay me back the VAT before I place a new order, so I continue browsing, as I''m at home.
I made my preferences broader by adding VG polish.

With such a price, I could buy 2 diamonds!
It is cute, isn''t it?
