I'm about to pull the trigger and need some last min advice.

Budget is $2500 for the stone, like everyone else, I want the best bang for my buck. I have narrowed things down to two stones and am looking for some last minute advice please.

First is a .64 G VS2 from JA for $2190.

Second is a .63 G VS2 ACA from WF for $2515.

The stone from WF is only a couple hundred more, scores better on the HCA (1.6 vs. 2.6) and is an ACA stone so I am leaning that direction. Is the stone from WF a good stone, it looks like it to me but I'm still new to all of this. Thanks

I prefer the proportions of the WF stone as well. I'd go with WF

edit: have you considered going down to an H and an eye clean SI1? You mentioned that you wanted the most bang for you buck and you may be able to go larger if you drop color and clarity just a bit...

WF stone lookd good.

Request an ideal scope image for the JA stone. It is an AGS0 which is usually a no-brainer, but the proportions are not cherry and there appears to be some under table leakage that I would like to confirm/rule out with an IS before advising you.

Julie's pick is a better option at JA, safer proportions.
