Wedding I''m a Two Dress Bride!

Okay, so it''s only a dress for our "after-party" but it''s still another dress, and I''m excited! I''m still absolutely in love with my MS Mila, and I''m going to wear it for the entire wedding, so don''t worry!

We''re marrying at 11 AM on the Fourth of July and having our reception immediately afterward. The reception should be over around 6 PM, so then we''re going to invite our closest friends and family over to our new house for a Fourth of July bbq. We''re going to eat and drink and continue the party on until fireworks in the evening. And then I''m sure we''ll pass out immediately after the fireworks, because it''s going to be a long day.

Anyway, I found this dress at Cache today and fell in love with it. It''s super light and airy, and I love the whimsical butterfly pattern. The pictures aren''t great, but you get the idea.

Thanks, ladies! It''s so NOT the dress I saw myself changing in to, but I really adore it. It''s a bit quirky, which is SO me, so it works.

Freke--I was sidetracked by all the dresses that I never made it to Nordstrom! (I was on a deadline.)
HOWEVER, I have very definite plans to go to Nordstrom after my bridal shower today. PROMISE!

Can you believe they don''t sell Stuart Weitzmans at the Macy''s I went to? I was shocked.

I did, however, purchase four other dresses yesterday. I''m so ashamed. I''m a dress girl, that''s for sure.

Anyway, I''m starting to feel like I should wear my wedding gown as long as possible because I love it so much, but I''m thinking I''ll be ready to get out of it after eight hours, right? Was anybody ready to get out of their gown after the reception?
