4. I think it would be a female. So, classic pantsuit with funky jewelry and fun open-toed heels.
(The exterior is more masculine--red brick Georgian, while the interior is very soft with fun accessories!)

7. The quilts my mother made me, and lots of extra pillows for guests.

--haha i asked someone this recently but it was 'if you could choose one store to decorate your whole house in what would it be?' i think i would choose restoration hardware. but 10k wouldn't go that far there unfortunately, hahah!

--black, it's slimming!!

--good color cordination and it's 'livability' (aka shouldn't look like a museum)

--mags like PB, RH, WS, etc for things like colors, contrasts, decor ideas (aka we put our wine corks in a glass round ball vase in the kitchen for display, thanks to a PB idea, before they were literally scattered all over in various drawers but greg still wanted to keep them!!)

1) Decorating Style - eclectic, unpredictable, and minimalist

3) 10K - ahhh, not sure. Probably Pottery Barn (but, just for linens, dishes, etc. Their furniture would not hold up in my household

4) My house would wear jeans. All four of us live in jeans, so the house would be no different.

5) Beautiful house is created with Proper lighting. I love outdoor light flooding in through the windows during the day and soft golden light at night. Luckily the house I live in has both!

6) My favorite source of inspiration is my best friend. Whenever I see something in a home decor store that reminds me of her, I pick the item up as it brings up good feelings! I love items that instill sentimentallity.

7) Always have cats in my house. I love kitties. Currently have one, but am planning to adopt a few more sometime soon.

I think for me it''s when it finally feels "finished". There are accents, painted walls, lighting fixtures. I cant appreciate any style, but there''s just something about a room you see in a catalog or magazine (or some of your friends'' houses) that has a certain "something".
